Notice is hereby given that the 75th Annual General Meeting of TECU Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited will take place virtually on Saturday 25th June 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Virtual meeting entry commences at 11:00 a.m.


The meeting will be held for the following purpose:

  1. Confirmation of Minutes of the 74th Annual General Meeting
  2. To receive the reports of the Board of Directors, Supervisory, Credit, Education and Nominating Committees and the Financial Statements of the Credit Union for the year ended December 31st 2021
  3. Election of Officers
  4. Resolutions
  5. Transact any other ordinary business of the Credit Union.




Members wishing to attend the Annual General Meeting must pre-register via TECU’s website at or at any of our branches. Registration commences on Monday 13th June 2022 and closes on Saturday 25th June 2022 at 8.00 a.m. The Annual Report 2021 can also be downloaded via TECU’s website at


This is a member only forum, as such, only members will be allowed to attend the meeting with the exception of guests specially invited by the Board of Directors.

Completed and signed application packages placed in sealed envelopes, marked ‘CONFIDENTIAL’ and addressed to The Nomination Committee, TECU House, Southern Main Road, Marabella can be submitted to any of TECU’s offices or emailed to on or before Friday 25th February 2022.   Incomplete and late applications will not be accepted.

Please note that members elected from the floor at TECU’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be subjected to a screening process by the Nominating Committee to be held within three (3) days of the election.
