No. 76/2023
Notice is hereby given that the 76th Annual General Meeting of TECU Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited will be held at Achievors Banquet Hall, #2 Adesh Drive, San Fernando on Saturday 1st July 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting will be held for the following purpose:
- Confirmation of Minutes of the 75th Annual General Meeting
- To receive the reports of the Board of Directors, Supervisory, Credit, Education and Nominating Committees and the Financial Statements of the Credit Union for the year ended December 31st 2022
- Election of Officers
- Resolutions
- Transact any other ordinary business of the Credit Union.
Registration Commences at 8:30 a.m.
Each registrant must walk with a copy of their ID for registration.
Shuttle Service from Marabella office starting at 8:00 a.m.
The Annual Report 2022 can be accessed via tecutt.com from Monday June 19th 2023 and will be available for collection at the Marabella, Couva and Point Fortin offices by Friday 23rd June 2023.
